None of these appear to be officers or directors, which suggests to me that the 144's may not be significant. I believe that tha affiliates are those holding more than a threshold percentage of the outstanding stock. For instance, mutual funds are quite often considered affiliates if their holdings exceed a certain percentage (5%?). I just checked the insidertrader site, and the information is a little different. For the week ending 8/29, it shows: $20,718 2,480 shares 3-N,N,S $8.35/Share Probably the site was updated in the last day or so. I am holding tight for the moment. Happy investing.
