The author of that site used to be in the Amazing Rhythm Aces - best known (to me, at least) for "Third Rate Romance (Low Rent Rendezvous)", written by Sammy Kershaw. Also "Amazing Grace Used to Be Her Favorite Song." The Aces were more country than blues, but it's all American music.
