I think the differences between
1. AMD 130nm 200mm process
2. IBM 90nm 300mm process
are to great for the fab to startup on 90nm. I think the construction is out of sync with available process.


Why would you be comparing those, rather than:

1. IBM 90nm 300mm process
2. IBM 65nm 300mm process

AMD has had access to IBM 90nm process for a while, and will be using it (in Chartered fab in the future, if necessary).
