OK. I think that is fair. You get to choose. But at least let the rest of us choose whether we want to participate or not. You see, under Bush's plan, you can CHOOSE whether you want to participate or not. In that way, we all get what we want. You get your risk-free 2% return and I get my slightly more risky 7% return.
