To the best of my knowledge, SWB has always been on the AMEX, but I haven't been trading for that long... less than 10 years. I'm not sure if it was ever on a ratdog list, though I do recall seeing a competitor of theirs here... that ticker being RGR. What led me to SWB was the nightly volume scans that I perform. It had shown up a few times in the recent past. FWIW, company had this news after the close: Smith & Wesson Completes Refinancing, Reduces Debt By 54% Lowers Interest Costs, and Secures New Line of Credit ir.smith-wesson.com Stock broke a long term downtrend line today on record volume. I'm hoping for much more out of this one...
