Wow, I am a genius. <ggggg> As if anyone who lives in California did not know ...... biz.yahoo.com now this is interesting .... "In spite of our continued success in sales activities, as was evidenced by a 42% increase in the dollar value of our net contracts during December 2004..... This is the most positive statement in the release. I need to crunch that against my model because I don't think that is as good as it sounds because Dec 2003 was quite low. Now how about SPF and other builders who are heavily concentrated in California?
