Incense, Peppermint and Stock Ownership Plans

Stan,

I hate to rain on this rosy parade but back in January of this year that $30 million you refer to was $50 million. As for the ESOP, with the dwindling cash the stock ownership plan says 'we can't afford to pay you so we will appease you with paper'. I have hope for the company but I think you may be grabbing at straws.
