It will immediately remove the commodity leverage that Intel has over AMD as well as transfer control of it to Samsung. They can play the pricing game with Samsung all decade long. Good idea but would Samsung want a division running on last generation processes? BTW, what generation process is Samsung making flash on? Where are there FABS? What are their costs to make flash vs AMD and Intels?
