Well the SOX can't move its shadow after Intel beats and announces strong Capex.

Cascade has been trading very lightly and now is in a downtrend BELOW its IPO price.

Here's where speculators get nervous and bail out.

So chances are very good we'll see a left side of a cup get formed here.

Where she bottoms is any body's guess and I'm in no mood to be catching falling knives.

We'll need to see at what price really brings sellers and then at what price those in know feel this stock is a good bargian.

Chicken thieven time here.

If the Sox doesn't pull itself out here pretty soon(today or by friday) we'll be well into another bottoming action.

There are 50 day moving averages being violated everywhere - not good.

IBD has been saying lighten up on margin and declared the Rally on the NASDAQ "dead today in the paper.

We'll now have to see how this Capex slow down developes - even though Samsung and Intel have close to 5 billion commitments in 05.

Intel usually invests during downturns - I just see so many new products - I doubt this dip will be severe.

BWDIK.
