Are you watching Stinger Systems today...TASR's main competitor whom they are suing for patent infringement, I believe....wowsy...only 350 k shares traded and it had a low of $25 and a high of $48 and is currently down 40%.

Amazing the HOURLY % moves some stocks can make.....

I see many more firms popping up looking to file lawsuits against TASR....very typical...I dont have a problem with lawsuits if there is merit to them, and I'm not saying there is no merit here...but, I do see how things work and everytime a stock goes down, it seems these greedy lawyers jump all over the opportunity.....personally, I would like to see things changed....let any law form file a class action against a company and if it has merit, they will win in court...but if they lose and it turns out there was no merit to the case and it materially effected the companies stock, I would like to see these law firms get fined large amounts for frivolous lawsuits......Do you really think that people in these law firms and people associated with them, that know news will be hitting the wires concerning the lawsuit they are filing...you dont think these people are telling every friend they know to sell that particular stock or short it, or whatever.....of course they do...but thats besides the point...if the lsawsuit has merit then great, but if not, these law firms need to be punished in some manner...as it is, they can anounce a class action suit, which may have zero merit at all..they may not even follow thru with the suit......but, does anything happen to these law firms? No, of course not. And believe me, they are not in it for the shareholders, they are in it to line their own pockets, plain and simple.....
