So was I, Just got back. The fact that the parent company will buy whatever will not be sold with the issue is "excellent news", they will actually end up with more than 62%. It will be intersting to see how the rights will trade. They may be a good buy. You need four rights to buy one share. At today's prices, the rights should be between .10-15 cents each. They will always trade at a premium for the first couple of weeks.
