Not upset with you ! Upset with Angler, which comes on with several postings that only facts should grace these threads! Give you an idea about why the boys are in ATU at this time, Marilyn and I gave Byron and Nick 200,000 shares for total sum of $2.00 ( Market was @ $.48 ) and another 200,000 @ $.20 per share ( Market was @ $.50/s.) total cost to us personally approx. $ 135,000, to get him and Nick to come into management and raise $350,000 to $400,000 in March of 1996 ( they only raised approx. $150,000 in pp. Why did we pay them with our own shares ? We felt that we had not done a good job promoting the company and wanted new blood in the company ! We felt it would be better to have a good promoter and someone that could take on the Public company side of the business, while I worked on the Vortex Gasifier Sales and installations. I do not work well on the broker relationship side of the Public Company business. Although now we know different, time tells the truth eh !? Part of the deal was to buy out IME, which was done. The only deal that Byron and Nick have put together, and Walter went ahead with the deal for he thought that I would be part of the Vortex Development and IME Sales team where we worked well. I do continue to get along well with Walter.
So, Angler's list about us was what we are upset about, for none of it was of full truth. Angler is either one of the Insiders of ATU or one of the Directors of ATU would be my bet, although Angler does not give the full story at all. We (ATU) looked at the Enertek in 1995, and it was not a good deal then, but that is not for me to say in todays world.
There is some of the facts about where we came from over the last 2 years. Sorry to confuse you and think that you were to blame !!!
