After I wrote that, Rich went and puked out a 150,000 share chunk in the high $3s. sec.gov Before I saw that (just pulled it up now), I bailed my Mom out in the low $4s for a small gain on that part, on intuition. Glad I did, clearly. The sale does not bode well for the next quarter, and makes Peter's call to wait a while look very smart, smarter than my call to nibble at these levels. If they do have another tough quarter, I'm waiting for form 4s indicating insider buying. A similar sale last July seems to support this idea, given what the stock has done between then and now.
