There's room for improvement. "Could try harder" Jay is high-ranking. I think I'll have to conduct manoeuvres against him, after all, Hong Kong used to be ruled by Britain and NZ still as Queen Elizabeth II as sovereign. Annoying people gets the ignores. Bannings can be avoided with "redeeming merit", though Ray Duray still gets lots of bannings [even with excellent redeeming merit].
