You are right if the stock is above 110 I will not be owning the stock but will make $6 a contract plus the interest on the $6. I am more a trader than an investor, but I believe, I will make money on these contracts. I have already done this trade one week ago. I sold at 4.625 and bought back at 3.5. I did that trade in one day. Believe me that is a good trade. I am afraid that this trade will take a little longer, but even if it does not work out, I am willing to buy TXN at the effective rate of 104 in October. Expect to be out of this trade long before the the third week of Oct. TXN is a good company.
