Somebody I chat with on SI tried to short it over 15 after the news, but his broker didn't have it available. One things certain, it's been all over the map. I prefer the lower base on HEMX, pre-possible rally. $ 3 seems to be the threshhold. Check this recent news release out: biz.yahoo.com MG:
