John- I wanted to get back to you on my comments regarding the Meals on Wheels donations for the 2004 contest. As of last Friday, the 7th of January, the program had received $4700 in donations. Outstanding.

As to my 2005 charity, I just wanted to think it through a bit more. I firmly believe that the Meals on Wheels program helps a lot of (homebound) people and that it was a good choice. My next choice would likely relate to some environmental effort that could benefit many. Just gotta give it a bit more thought. Not too long ago you could buy a castle in Poland for about $5K, and a really nice one for $50K.

Boy, philanthropy is a great job, if you can afford it.
