Jay, I had to read twice before I could understand how that works<g>. And I have to give my own countrymen "thumbs up" for their "creativity" to circle around all kinds of policy barriers and do whatever they would like to "illegally"<g>.

Shanghai's housing bubble may pop and hopefully not many of them got the loan from the big 4 state banks. But from what I heard, the housing market in Beijing is not bad at all, especially the economic housing, the waiting list is as long as 3-4 years although not many developers would like to do it (lower profit margin). The housing within SanHuan Road is also pretty hot.
