The Investor group filed a SEC 13D on Aug. 11, as of Aug. 11 they have a 296,296 shares of Series G Preferred Stock at $6.75, along with a presently exercisable three-year warrant to purchase 88,889 shares of common stock at an exercisable of $8.00per share. The Series G Preferred stock is optionally convertible on a share-for-share basis into shares of common stock, commencing on September 30,1997 and will be autoon matically converted into common stock June 30, 2000. These guys also own 958,604 common shares, total holdings = 7.4% of common shares outstanding.
