We are talking about branching out. Very little is being done to move in that direction. A recession could set us back many years.

Private enterprise is finally being allowed in. They are always the ones who lead us in new directions. Free enterprise will explore and prove the viability. Only then can governments justify the huge outlays for infrastructure that they specialize in.
