As if the machines involved don't run 24/7 and without someone watching them! It's amazing the lengths you go to to make your point!

Anyway, negligence does not mean conspiracy, at least not in my language. And there are more than enough references to the fact that the areas involved were not warned about the impending tsunami and the reasons why.

And there is no evidence to suggest that the lack of warning on 12-26 was similar to the deliberate stand-down of NORAD on 9-11.
