Actually she said non Chlorinated... water.

As I think of other gems that she imparted that night I will post them. I didn't take notes.. and am reprimanding myself for not having taken a paper and pen...

Stretching my memory here are some more....

Try for three fruits a day..

Blend things. Juices are good but the ruff age in the veggies and other things is better for you.

At least a half an hour of exercise a day . She walks two miles before sunrise..

From my own experience.... at least 3 days a week do something that gets your heart rate up to about twice it's normal beat... I use the bicycle at the gym and treadmill.

Do not take Fosomax... something that I have been taking weekly.. Says it is unnecessary. I lift weights at the gym so bone strengthening is better..

STRETCH as well as do other exercises. I do Yoga stretches...

Another nutritionist whom I know says that we should be having three bowel movements a day.......for what it's worth. To enable this one cup of prune juice... combined with one cup of apple sauce(unsweetened) and one cup of pure bran... like sawdust.. from health food store. MIX in jar and have two tablespoons a day.

Sorry to post such intimate stuff but since we are talking HEALTH here maybe this will help someone out there...
