Channel stuffing is done every quarter by many, many companies......Is anybody suing GM because they are offering BIG end of year incentives to all of their fleet customers? I could list hundreds of instances of channel stuffing...bottom line, is it normal biz, or blatantly illegal.....in other words, the distributor was offered a special price, but they had a need for the tasr's..or wanted to save money off the tasrs they were planning to buy next few months anyway, so they took them now, cheaper.....or was it blatantly illegal and conspired and done ONLY to help0 TASR's #'s.
