randy moss has outrageous over the line behavior every where he plays, not only in green bay
moss is a professional athlete - do you get that? PROFESSIONAL
it is his profession, his job
and his job is to play football and play it well - he is highly paid to do that while exhibiting a restrained, conscientious and generally professional-like manner on the field
maybe amateurs can engage in the stunts he pulls, but not professionals
those very fans he 'mooned' are the people who sustain his big salary - who pay to see him play the game - no fans, no football
I don't think people pay to be 'mooned' or insulted
now maybe some fans in green bay await in the parking lot to privately moon the opposing team bus [I think they should be kicked out of lambeau permanently] - but they don't do it in the stadium [before then of thousands], they don't do it during a game and they don't do it on national television [before millions]
since moss is a hot head get even type of guy, then moon those packer fans who've done it to him, in the parking lot, for their eyes - not for the eyes of kids, not for the eyes of unsuspecting unknowing fans who haven't done a damn thing but to buy a ticket and cheer their beloved packers on
just to keep the record straight here - 99% of packer fans are the best fans in the world - they love their tailgating, it's legendary - they love their fun - they love the game - they have supported the packers and the game out of their pockets from day one, when professional football was in it's infancy - they sit through all kinds of ungodly weather and never leaving till the game is over - every seat is taken every game - most seats are season tickets, you play hell trying to get a loose ticket - they support and cheer that team when they win, when they lose - they are loyal die-hard fans of the first caliber
soccer fans and venues are notorious worldwide for violent behavior and deaths - so yes, I think it's violent, much more so than attending a football game
and I do not want to see the NFL go in that direction
which is why I think they need to draw the line right here and right now on randy moss - bench him and fine him - send the message loud and clear it will NOT be tolerated
