Assuming 500 shares are bought@10 on Jan 1;
100 shares are bought@12 on Jan 2;
600 shares are sold @11 on Jan 3;
and 100 shares are bought@12 on Jan 4 and kept through the end of the year, what is the capital gain or loss that I can declare on Schedule D and what is my basis?
