I went to see the Hokies play Bethune Cookman in bball last night. They won by staging a second half comeback.

Jeff King the tight end from the football team played some. Here is a conditioned athlete that averaged 28 points per game in highschool, and excells on the football field.

It was almost laughable. He missed an easy putback, got two fouls in twenty seconds, missed a three pointer, got burnt on defense three times in 3 minutes, and missed an easy ten footer.

It goes to show just how outclassed the bball team is. Against a weak team and being the last place team in the ACC, you have a good athlete that could not compete against a third tier team.

Well, enough said that King will not be adding too much to the basketball team this year. A bright spot was a walk on named Tucker...he played lights out......Gregor
