Other insider sales of RGFX stock: 375 shares @ $8.25 in June by 1 "affiliate" 5,174 shares @ $8.35 in May by 2 affiliates, 1 "unknown" and One "none" 1,024 shares @ $5.13 in April by 1 unknown 2,525 shares @ $6.77 by the CFO and an officer in June It is possible that some of these sales are the result of the end of a period that prohibited sales relating to an acquisition. Overall they don't amount to much but I wouldn't like to see the trend continue without an explanation
