How dumb! Dumbya says that even if there were no WMDs, he would still have invaded Iraq. So he would still have invaded Iraq, eh? With the same inadequate number of troops? With the same insufficient levels of body armor and armored vehicles?? With the same lack of a broad coalition??? With the same lack of an exit strategy???? If Iraq had no WMDs, there was no immediate threat to protect the American people from. If the aim was to bring freedom to the people of Iraq, then it is downright IRRESPONSIBLE to try that without ensuring adequate equipment for our troops. And Ari Fleischer said prior to the invasion, "The president of the United States and the secretary of defense would not assert as plainly and bluntly as they have that Iraq has weapons of mass destruction if it was not true, and if they did not have a solid basis for saying it." How would you spin THAT now??!! I really really hope these people are just plain lying through their teeth. Otherwise they are so pathetically incompetent that it is just incredible.
