JB - I think he is clean in the USA on fraud charges as far as I can tell. I think anyone he may have done worng when he was doing the offshore HYIP and prime note gig was initially trying to shelter income from taxes so kept their mouth shut. KInda like a drug deal gone bad - whatcha gonna do call the cops LOL. Dilzinger implies some singapore frozen funds but then again I found a post on dilzinger that was altered to make it look like Mario had a San Diego record. The assult record was altered and I could not locate the other chanrges so I dismissed all San Diego info as false
