Jabil Pop Probably Due to Lehman Overweight Today

Lehman Morning note: "We held meetings with Jabil's CEO & CFO and
believe the recent sell off in the shares is a buying opportunity.
The quarter is tracking to plan, and the company should meet
or exceed our FY05 estimates of 18% top line and 19% bottom
line growth. Growth is coming from new or expanding outsourcing
wins, not from end market strength. However, we believe
current business trends came through for the key months of
December and thus far in January. Our main positive
investment thesis towards the shares and our 1-OW rating
is due to solid operating metrics, both fundamentally and
in comparison to other names in the group. For example,
Jabil's EBITA margin for the most recent quarter was 4.4%
vs. an average of 2.4% for the other top tier providers.
ROIC is an industry leading 17% vs. the average of 9%.
Thus, given the shares' recent sell off we would add
positions at these levels and reiterate our $30 price
target (24X our CY05 EPS estimate of $1.27), for possible
capital appreciation of 36%."

Good luck to all.
