ANNE I THINK YOU MAY BE FOOLING YOURSELF. WE HAVEN'T HAD A CONSTITUTION SINCE AT LEAST 1860. THE TENTH AMENDMENT HAS BEEN IGNORED TO DEATH. WITHOUT THAT AMENDMENT BEING HONORED ,WE HAVE HAD NO CHECK ON THE CENTRALIZATION OF POWER AND WE HAVE WOUND UP WITH A TYRANNY COMPLETE WITH EXPOST FACTO LAWS,ETC,ETC FOR EXAMPLE. THINK ABOUT IT.
