No i haven't changed what you said, in my view i've simply restated it in terms clearer to me - that the right of conquest is still supreme among all rights ... then into the reason, that de facto will always trump de jure when Men With Guns come along .... what is incorrect about this? ... seems to me the evidence indicates that if ability to prevail doesn't get you sovereignty, it sure as hell helps you fake it
