Well, I see no problem for me in what you posted of Patterson. He refers to "making the case for the difficulties and problems with evolution" as well as observing that "I am no longer certain that natural selection is the complete explanation." I couldn't have said it better myself. He just talks gooder than I do. I really feel sorry for the chap, especially that we have trampled here upon his final resting place. I have the notion that he was a gentle and decent soul who spoke from the heart about his life's work, only to be caught in a maelstrom, battered back and forth like a ping pong ball between evolutionists and creationists. May he finally rest in peace.
