Despite the misrepresentation (FDA, any day, imminent, Provalis, IR, etc) and mismanagement (toxic financing, Provalis, IR cone of silence, brink of bankruptcy, etc) now revealed, RK however is not done yet with the investor's company. She wants the parachute.
Rebecca E. Keeler, Dimethaid’s former president and chief executive officer, has been terminated. The Company’s position is that the termination is for cause and no cash payment is owed, and no provision has been made in these financial statements. In the event it is determined that Mrs. Keeler’s employment was terminated without just cause, she will be entitled to receive a cash payment of CDN $600,000 (US $450,000) which is two times her former annual salary. The Company has received a letter from Mrs. Keeler’s solicitor stating they do not agree with the Company’s position that the termination was for just cause and if a settlement cannot be negotiated it is their intent to commence legal action. |
