Soros, The best way to evaluate the revenue of a favorable ruling is to consider sales multiplied by a percentage royalty. Look at the total sales internet of each company, and estimate a royalty (look at GIFT's amnesty package for one estimate of a royalty rate). However, I don't care what the revenue will actually be. I am going to sell when the stock price increases, not when the revenue stream increases. Look at the price history to see how the market evaluated the stock after some settlements occurred. GRC
