For newbies..... during the bubble, Ray had a thread where he (and collaborators, N/E PATSFAN et al.) would point to chart patterns of interest. John Metcalf, I, and a few others would comment on the relative R&D quality of biotechs that showed up in his list. The good pattern/solid science stocks took off with regularity.

Of course, it WAS the bubble.
