yes, Clinton was far more fiscally responsible. On that we whole-heartedly agree. That's how we ended up with surpluses. So that is one positive Clinton action.

As far as the average American's naivete, that is abundantly clear. Thinking that earning less than 2% per year is a good deal for a young people who are saving for retirement is naive in the extreme.
