Suppose the user has a dial-up connection and wants to speed up the web pages. Okay, within IE click Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, and then un-check the Show-pictures box.

But the problem is that many commercial web sites are using flash for some of the small adds. Previously, flash could be deleted within IE by clicking Tools, Internet-Options, Settings, and then View-Objects...but it's no longer there.

So within IE click Tools, Internet-Options, Advanced, and un-check Play-animations...but that isn't the one since flash keeps working. So re-check the Play-animations box and look for some other configuration...

Finally if the flash is eating up the connection, navigate through the W'ndows folder structure of C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash and decide if flash can be deleted there...

Delete the flash ? Maybe the flash folder could be re-named when flash is not wanted and then named-back to the correct name when flash is wanted ?
