Klenovic entered his plea agreement before Judge Tom McCoun on August 27, 1997 am. He plead guilty to all counts as charged for securities fraud, mail fraud, interstate transportation of stolen property, wire fraud and submitting false statements to a federal agency (SEC). All agents were there, from Comptroller, FBI, Postal Inspector, and of course Asst. US Attorney Michael Runyan. Should Bunte not enter into any plea arrangement soon, he is scheduled to be indicted on September 26. The SEC is still actively pursuing their ongoing efforts with the courts.
