Floria real estate is booming. The price of a home here in Sarasota has gone up 22 % in one year. I had a condo on the East Coast where I lived for two years. It was on the ocean,three bedrooms,two baths, fourth floor... brand new. I sold it after two years for a nice profit but it just sold two years later for almost double what I sold it for. The building here in downtown Sarasota which about 10 years ago was a depressed area is phenomenal.. All the old places that lent local color are being torn down for high condominiuims... Not even on the water. It's easy to see why those Trump Condo's brought those prices..
