Just CYA. Must frustrate the heck out of the analyst. Too bad.... leaving small caps to the puke-it-out houses has hurt.... a larger percentage of investor bucks goes to crap and scams, than would otherwise, if the talented small cap analysts of the world were allowed to get enthusiastic where enthusiasm is due. In the old days, Michael King meant as much to the future of medicine as ten damn good scientists at the bench. Realities.
