tejek, socialism is exactly the form of government that allows the less informed, less talented and less democratic to lead the nation. A great example is Social Security. It is forcing an inferior retirement plan on people who could do much better with their savings, if they were simply allowed.

Socialism doesn't work as efficiently or effectively as market economics, and the American marketplace is a living testament to that fact.
