Then why should we have the right to to due process in the courts of other countries?

That's not what the stats show. It sounds like the majority of the people held in the prisons in Iraq are not significant figures, and many are completely innocent of wrongdoing. If we give no due process, we can end up locking thousands up for life who have done no wrong at all.
