I"d like to hear more about this as I write often on science & health. Neutec has mycrograb (sp?) and aurograb--they analyzed blood from people who successfully fought off infections and created a super-antibody in a sense...that really interests me, personally...but the company is $400 plus a share.

The whole RNA thing and gene silencing is fascinating. Which companies are working with that? I don't know.

THen there is a whole new field trying to understand inflammation and bacteria. Through their toxins, the more virulent bacteria hijack our inflammatory mediators. For instance, anthrax toxin shuts off our glucocorticoid system so we can't dampen our own inflammatory response, and that's really what kills us. So there is research in that area that is interesting. You might make bacteria far less virulent if you could stop them from doing that.
