THIS WAS RETURNED MAIL>>>>>> To: anonymous@ix.netcom.com Subject: IMNF All I know is when my broker told me that I had shares of 1st equities added to my account,I called investor relations and they told me they were being traded 1 for 1 for shares in IMNF. I called my broker and told him to sell my shares of 1st equities,and that they were really IMNF shares. I sold @$6.50, a few days later my broker called me and explained that the shares were not available to trade until the new certs were issued as IMNF,so I had to buy the shares back, I believe I paid $4.00 to buy them back,effectively netting me a profit on the trade It was not my intent to sell the stock "short".it just worked out that way,had the stock risen in price,I would have lost money buying them back at a higher price. We have no choice but to hold on and see what happens from here. My broker told me that the shares of IMNF that we will be issued will be restricted for 1 year. Who knows what,if any value they will have by then. Good Luck....................XS
