Who knows? You have to admit, though, Bush's tax cut has really ratcheted up these deficits. I'm a fiscally-conservative Republican. But I am a progressive when it comes to taxes. I do believe the rich should be taxed more. If you are a millionaire, you feel a heavier tax burden less. It's a simple fact.

Let me give you an example. Randy Moss was fined $10K for simulating a moon dance. When asked if he minded, he said "Come on, $10K? That's nothing to me."

$10K to me is a very large downpayment on a college education. Or more than half the amount I need to replace my aging commuter car.
