Homeless what are they ? We have long forgotten about those who cannot even afford housing as the developers rush to build larger,more luxurious and high priced condos.. This whole boom here started when the Ritz Carleton build in downtown Sarasota and started residence prices at a million and up. They were sold out. From then on it was the sky is the limit. If we ever go into a recession or anything like another terrorist attack hits this Country I wonder what will happen to the over inflated real estate prices..
