You don't need to be excited about it, but for those who participate in it, they will be excited by the superior returns.

I have posted articles about the disasters in Scandinavian, British, and South American countries who have deployed private accounts. I have shown you periods of stagnation and severe decline in equity markets. All I hear is starry eyed projections of riches, and very little about the risk, short term due to the borrowing required and long term due to the uncertaninty of market fluctuations.
