But, it doesn't change the fact that we are developing the best new drugs in the world, and subsidizing many other countries (including Canada) by covering the fixed costs ourselves and allowing drug companies to sell them to you for variable cost plus. I suspect we should do something about that, and it is our own fault we haven't. But you guys are receiving a very large gift of healthcare from the people of the United States.
