It is good that our dialog has reached some common ground, indicating a mutual respect.

IMO the majority of muslims are an untrustworthy lot at best.

Surely you don't believe that? The exact same thing was said of Japanese Americans during WWII and resulted in forced internments of tens of thousands of loyal Americans, a stain on America's fabric that is only now beginning to fade.

Do you have any Muslims among your friends and associates? I think not. If you did you might better understand the pain and frustration Muslims feel as they observe their beloved America constantly take actions towards Muslims that make little sense and serve only to feed extremism overseas.

The thanks from moslums for America's help in Kosovo and Albania was the attack on 9/11....

Seventeen of the nineteen hijackers were Saudi. Osama was a Saudi. The attacks were primarily in retaliation for America's presence in Saudi Arabia and support of the Saudi Royal family, a ruling dynasty he believes corrupt. And Osama is not far off the mark on the corruption part.

The situation in Iran today is in part attributable to America's support of a corrupt government, the Shah, until things got so bad the result was an Islamic revolution.

...seems there is already orders from moslum leaders for Americans to get out of Indonisia.

The Muslim government of Indonesia is fighting insurgents in the areas devastated by the tsunami. Don't ask me the details, I'm clueless. But both the insurgents and the government declared a truce after the tsunami and welcomed American disaster assistance. However, once the situation has stabilized, once roads have been rebuilt and supplies can reach the affected areas via land, once the immediate health crisis has passed, what is the point in American troops hanging around?

The situation is similar to what happens when your neighbor has an unfortunate event, a fire, flood or death in the family. Your immediate assistance is welcome and necessary - but after awhile your presence is seen as an intrusion. Ideally you would have left before that time and left invitations to call if they need anything.
